Due to the media-driven and youth-dominated era we currently live in, artists often feel uncertain about their position and identity within society. Journal d'Inquiétude is about the extremely personal, emotional and humorous journey of re-discovery for choreographer Thierry Bae. It chronicles Bae’s journey of frustration and solitude as he struggles to develop new dance works. The limitations of an ageing body as well as the challenges of getting his work seen also contribute to the frustration that he faces throughout the years.
